Article Processing Charges (APC)

Publishing an article in SGR Journals requires Article Processing Charges that will be paid by the submitting author upon acceptance of the article for publication in accordance with the following criteria:

APC Rates:

Common APC for All Journals:

Standard Authors: INR 3000/ USD 100

If Anybody Want Hard Copy of Journal, They Required to Pay Extra Charges: INR 700 / USD 30

Different Ways of Depositing Fees:

Authors can choose from the following convenient methods to deposit the Article Processing Charges (APC) after acceptance of their manuscript

Details will be Provided in the Acceptance Email.

By Online Net Banking: Author can also use this way for depositing fees in the given account in acceptance letter by activating their net banking option.

UPI (For Domestic Authors): Quick and easy payment using UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.

By Demand Draft: Author can also send us demand draft of fees. For this we will give our postal address and name of which author has to make demand draft.

PayPal (For International Authors) – Secure International Transactions Via PayPal. You can deposit fees by credit card/debit card/visa card/master card as follows online process.

The APC covers the following services:

Editorial handling and peer review management

Plagiarism check and professional formatting

Online hosting and global open-access availability

DOI assignment and indexing in databases

Long-term digital archiving and preservation

Wavier Policy:

SGR Journals are committed to making academic knowledge accessible to everyone, regardless of financial barriers. As such, authors and institutions with limited funds may be eligible for a waiver of the article processing charge (APC). Authors from low and middle-income countries may apply for waiver or discount. SGR journals reserves the right to approve or reject a waiver application. Refund Policy:

SciTech Global Research and its associated journals maintain a transparent and fair refund policy regarding Article Processing Charges (APC).

General Principle:

The APC is intended to cover the cost of editorial review, manuscript processing, DOI registration, website hosting, archiving, and open-access dissemination. As such, APCs are only collected after a manuscript is accepted and ready for publication. Once an article enters the production or publication stage, refunds are generally not permitted.
