PUBLICATION ETHICS

The SGR Journals is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics, which encompass key principles such as originality, proper authorship, conflict of interest disclosure, data integrity, peer review, retraction policy, legal compliance, and ethical approval. All submitted manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published, and all listed authors must have made a meaningful contribution and approved the final version of the manuscript. Any potential conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed, and all research data must be accurate, with no fabrication or manipulation. All submissions undergo a thorough peer-review process, and the journal reserves the right to retract any published article in cases of proven misconduct or significant errors. SGR Journals also adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. The journal remains committed to preserving the integrity of the scientific record and will take necessary actions to ensure ethical compliance at all levels.

Originality and Plagiarism: All manuscripts submitted to SGR Journals are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Any manuscript found to contain a significant amount of uncredited material or copied content will be rejected immediately. Authors are encouraged to paraphrase appropriately and cite all sources accurately.

Peer Review: All submitted articles are subject to a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of quality and validity.

Data Accuracy and Integrity: Authors should present an accurate account of their research and data. Falsification or manipulation of data is a serious ethical breach.

Multiple Submissions: Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

Acknowledgment of Sources: Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must be given. Authors should cite publications that have influenced their research.

Authorship: Only individuals who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research should be listed as authors. Others who have contributed should be acknowledged appropriately.

Handling Misconduct: Editors will take reasonable steps to identify and prevent publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred. In cases of suspected misconduct, the journal will follow COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

Decision Making: Editors are responsible for deciding which of the submitted articles should be published based on the paper’s significance, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Ethical Approval for Research: For studies involving human participants, personal data, or animals, authors must confirm that appropriate ethical approval was obtained and that consent was given where applicable. Documentation may be requested during the review process.

Correction and Retraction: In cases of proven misconduct, fraudulent publication, or major error, the publisher will coordinate with the editors to issue corrections, retractions, or other appropriate notices.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The SGR Journals follows all applicable laws and regulations
